Default Just in Time for Christmas!

Well, everything that could have gone wrong did. PC crashed with a hard drive failure. Once replaced, my MS 2000 CD would not load, had to upgrade to XP Pro. Then of course during the re-loading of all my software programs my Adobe CS2 disk crapped out. Had to order another copy. Guy tells me it will be there in 5 working days......18 days later and I finally have it and installed. Next thing I discover is that since I was working on the magazine when the hard drive went limp, the file is corrupted and I have to start all over. At around this time my ISP decides its time to convert from Comcast to Time Warner and now my email is giving me fits!

My only communication to the outside world that matters is LSBA and TBH forums.....guess what? When I reloaded my firewall something hosed up and I can't post. Changed a setting for another web page and low and behold I can post. Go figure.

Anyway.....I have been rebuilding the magazine and am happy to report it is complete! I will be uploading it to the publisher tomorrow.

This may be the best issue for content that I have seen. I packed it with every story Joey sent me! Something like 14.

Really tired now so I will post a pic of the cover tomorrow.

Roger

Having been through a few crashes and viruses myself (teenage daughter no longer has access without me sitting there...lol) I feel your pain.

Looking forward to the next issue and it sounds like a good'un. Thanks for working so hard to get the magazine out and all you do for the org and archery.

Thanks for all you do for the LSBA, Roger. I'm looking forward to seeing the new magazine.

They say there are two kinds of people in the world, those that have had computer problems....and those that are going to have computer problems.
