I am so glad these are posted and I enjoy reading them. It strikes me that most, if not all of these, are intential acts.

I think game wardens should be able to use their judgement and I would not want someone who did something minor getting the death penality or anything, but with these cases the punishment should be much more severe.

What is minor you say? Well, each case would have to be judged on it's own, but as a rule of thumb.....if the person is trying to do the right thing but makes a mistake...let's say has all the proper license but left it in the truck by accident, or on his last shot accidently killed two doves and put him one bird over the limit. Something like that. If a person goes out and kills many deer over the limit and didn't even get a lic, at night from a road...throw throw the book at him (the big one).
