Also, I haven't got a bow kill on a turkey either, so I can't say aye, yes, or no. I'm only making suppositions.
I shot a turkey in the head once with a .20 ga and he flew up in a tree, so, I shot him again. He didn't fly no more. That day I got two turkeys with three shots. Had a broken wrist and elbow, and was shooting a single shot. (I didn't know my wrist was broken at the time. Only my elbow.) I had an Ace bandage on my wrist and a sling holding my elbow up. I had to shoot across my forearm as my wrist hurt too much to hold the gun. Freak horse riding accident. The doc said my wrist was sprained. :lol:
