Default New gig update...

Well, for the past three weeks I've been working with a new company and am absolutely loving it!!!

I spent most of the first week training in the field with the techs. During that time I helped remodel this bathroom from a tile/tub to a marble/shower for an elderly couple...

I did run some appointments with a sales guy they brought in from the Pheonix office at night during that first week (ending up doing my training here because we had so many prospects to cover). The second week he had to return to his office and I started running all the appointments by myself. I'd sold 3 jobs for a little over $11K by the end of the first week.

I've still got a two days left in my third week and I'm at $34K for this week already. I wrote three contracts Monday and took three more orders today! $45K in sales in less than 2 weeks...this is the best career move I've ever made.

Now I really need to find/train some more technicians...which I guess is a real good problem to have!

One of my orders from today was for converting a tub area into a huge custom shower with a gl*** block enclosure like this...

I love designing stuff and then building it! Thanks to everyone here for wishing me well through this change...after nearly 20 years in remodeling, I think that I've found a new niche' for me here. I was nervous about the change at first but I'm really liking the new job.

It is great to have a job that you really love. Glad this new change is everything you wanted and more. Hope you still have time for the outdoors. Bob

Nice Joey, did you ever happen to get my PM about music before the PM's were disabled?
