WOW! Very nice animal, Mark. Congrats, an Oryx has been one on my personal "list" for some time.

My wife was just surfing over my shoulder and when she saw your pic she said, "That's gorgeous...honey, will you put one of those on my wall?"

She has no idea what that'd run...but I quickly said YES!

Of course I don't know how they taste yet, but will pick the meet up sometime next week.
