Default WANTED: Information on Gametamer quadpod stands

I need another stand.

I really like the quadpods Gametamer built. Bought one (6' model) from Z a couple years ago and love it. Thanks Larry. I'm in need of either a 6 or 8 ft quadpod. Preferrably 6'. I'd be willing to consider used as well as new since (at least I've heard) he (Mr. Dunn) doesn't make the 6' model any longer.

Thanks

Here's a pic

No, that's not me. And this is the 10' model. I'm using my 6 for hunting new growth mesquite. Works great.

Thanks for the email Micky.

I've got a problem with my computer and don't want to send any emails in case it's a virus causing the problem. I don't have the time or cash to take the beast to the shop to have an expert look at it either. I'm about ready to take it to the dumpster. Sorry contraption.

Thanks again.

I don't think Joe Dunn is associated with Keys. I've heard that Joe Dunn is still making Quadpods and treestands but I don't know how to contact him. Someone at TBH.com may know.

There is no association between Joe and Curtis the owner of Keyhunting Products.

I will now only buy those type stands from Keyhunting. Period. 8)

With the 6', I can push it up in amongst some 8' saplings and have good concealment. I've had deer look me in the eye and still not know I was there. However, my buds don't trust it to hold their weight. I don't have to worry about that with my slight 160 frame.

Are those telescoping legs reliable? :?: They're a new design to me and look kinda funny. I'd still climb up on one though. Just curious.

Mike,

Why the loyalty to Keys?

Hope the family is doing well.

Timm it may be because Keys donated a "quad" pod and a gametamer type stand to the fellowship hunt last Sept. Very generous donation. Course Joe Dunn has donated to LSBA before too. I think Keys is also located in Houston closer to Mike.

Then again, you don't suppose....no it couldn't be...that Mike is a switch hitter and is sweet on the guy.....Naw!, but if so, you read it here first rather then in the "National Enquirer"

LMAO! Mike, a swtich hitter! I think you are going pay big time for that comment Tomme. Better learn to stay up late next time you hunt with him. :!:

Timm I've already learned to sleep with one eye open. Remind me to tell you about going to bed and waking to see members of the French-Irish mafia sneaking in with a digital camera and a deer head (stuffed) to put to bed with me. If you've ever read The Godfather, you'll catch the drift.
