Have you looked into the CVAA (Concho Valley Archery Association)? They put on some great shoots and have an awesome range. Lot of good people there. I also have a good buddy and ex region rep there by the name of Rob Sparks. He's usually always willing to show someone around but has been working like crazy lately and isn't getting out as much. There's a LOT of public land in San Angelo between the WMA and Twin Buttes Reservoir. Try the CVAA and if that doesn't work, shoot me a PM and I'll hook you up. Will probably be down there hunting for spring turkeys if you want to get together then.
