Spring Gobbler Day Lease

Bowhunting only. Spring gobbler day lease on two different tracts in Collinsworth County. 480 acres and 320 acres. Creek runs through both pastures. No camping on property, but there's an RV park approximately 12 miles and several motels within 20 miles or so. No smoking or fires because of high fire danger. 4 wheelers allowed on ranch roads, but there's good walking access. Cottonwood and willows along the creek bottoms and some mesquites and sage scattered throughtout the pastures. There's also open grassy areas in CRP. The terrain is gently rolling. This property is within a few miles of the Salt Fork of the Red River and the turkeys are thick. The rancher has said that at times he's had to honk his horn to get the turkeys out of his way. No guarantees, but there are good probabilities of working birds because of the numbers. $125.00/day, 1 bird limit/day. Will allow 4 hunters/day between the two tracts.
