Default A good 2 weeks

Started hunting hard last weekend at a place i have near choke canyon lake. Its been so hot i dont sit till bout 6 and feeders go off at 6:15. Didnt take long and 14 javelina's came out, picked the biggest at 23 yards and he didnt go 10 feet. Had the feeling in me then so went to another place near whisett. Same thing got ther at 6, feeder went off and in no time had 23 hogs come in. Picked a good sow at round 25 yards and drilled her. She ran bout 75 yards and saw her fall. Kept sitting ther and another group of 15 came in and got a good eater one round 60 lbs. Then went out this weekend in George west to cull some deer. Sat morning had a few to many does out took a good old one that didnt even make it out of the protein pen. Sun morning deer started moving good and a 3 1/2 year old 5 point came out. Came within 16 yds and the mathews went off agian and he didnt go to far and fell in sight. Had a little cool weather yesterday so went out to a small place near floresville where the javelina's been stealing a little to much corn from me. Feeder went off and a big lone boar came in. The last to weeks had 3 broken arrows and to lost broadheads so didnt want to lose any more money. Put a field point on and at 20 yrds hit him in the neck and down he went. 30 min later a group of 6 came out and did the same to another boar. Have been on a good run for the last couple of weeks. Now its time to hunt the big one. Have a prety good 10 point that should go in the 160's coming out quit a bit, sure would look good on the wall. Have good pictures of the last two weeks once i learn how to post them i'll put em on. Good hunting to all

sounds like a heck of a start for the year. I will send you some cheap broadheads if you will not shoot animals with field points.
