I am sure someone on this tread can answer this question. I took the International Bowhunters Exam in the late 90's to get my license for a caribou/moose trip in Alaska. I have misplaced the card. The question is, Can I get a replacement card???? I took the class in East Texas.

If you took the course in Texas then you can get a replacement card by going to the below addy and filling out the information.

http://www.tpwd.state.tx.us/edu/hunted/cardform.phtml

You can always call the TPWD toll free number (800) 792-1112.

Hope this helps.

Does this class meet the NR hunter safety class that many states require for their draw? Specifically Idaho?

I would think so......it had a lot of clout back when I took it for that trip. I e-mailed TPWD on Friday so waiting to see if they have me on file still.

The IBEP Bowhunter Ed class given in Texas is recognized by all fifty states. It is mandatory in 14 states and three Canadian Provinces. Idaho is one of the fourteen.
