WOW!!! 1800# of meat! Think about the barbeque we could have! Giraffe tail? Do yall cook it like ox tails? What do you serve with giraffe tail? How does giraffe compare in taste, say, to a kudu or eland?

The preparation was awesome and it had a great taste but it is as tough as bubblegum. Giraffe "biltong" "jerky" is good.Giraffe tail we cooked in the slow cooker for two days before it was soft enough to eat!!! We are going for the next Giraffe this weekend.
