5 Lbs. Venison
1 Cup Worchestershire Sauce
½ Cup Soy Sauce
1 Tsp. Garlic Salt
1 Tsp. Onion Salt
1 Tsp. Spicy Brown Mustard
½ Tsp. Coarse Black Pepper
1 Tsp. Chili Powder
½ Tsp. Cayene Pepper
1 Tsp. Tabasco Sauce
Cut Venison Into ¼" Thick Strips. Combine Ingredients For Marinade. Marinate For 24 Hours. Mix Meat In Marinade Regularly. Place In A Dehydrator Or An Oven For 8 Hours Or Until It's Dry To Your Liking.
