Cool Good to be Back

Thanks for the invite to return to the site, it's been about a year, new site looks good, much better!!! Some of you know me from other sites, I'm a Retired Disabled Vet and Game Warden. I still try to bow hunt, but guess I'm having to turn to the crossbow now due to old military injury that don't allow me to hold my bow at full draw anymore. So go easy on me when I bring up the crossbow, I'm still a bowhunter at hart. I've only shot for about 30 years now. Guess you could say I'm still new to the sport, seeing how I learn something new each year and always have a question about something new. Looking forward to meeting and hunting with some of you guys.

Welcome Back, HillBilly.

Sounds like you have earned your right to hunt with a Crossbow.

Great to have you back with us.

I say that after having a federal GW screw up one of the best duck hunts I have ever had...not his fault but man we had redwings ringnecks canvasbacks and more ducks then I have ever seen....I had a few od=f each and was in the right 100% I had a texasgame warden hunting with me on my place...came in and run the ducks out and checked us...I was upset my fellow gamewarden was ticked ,.....he was doing his job,,as we were in he timber off lake Tawakoni....but after he came in and scared them up we just had a few woodies show...
I am 100% for obeying the law but when the law says he broke the law the more I thought about it the more I was upset...he didnt stay long afetr he checked us and Dale Waters showed his badge but it was a rough day..you guys do or did a tough job and my hats always off to you but sometimes there are some that aint trespassing and have the right stuff and not over limits...
