Default Lease Opening

I have one opening on a 1500 ac lease in Jack/Young County on Hwy 114. It has been posted on TBH, several people have inquired but I'm particular about who hunts on the lease. The couple of people I've spoken with are not what we were looking for....

$1050 annual lease, pigs, deer, turkey, some dove and some quail. Has Yotes and some bobcats.

beez817@gmail.com is the EZ's way to get to me....

Sounds like a good place, might want to give a little more info on lodging, water and electricty. Should not have a problem filling it. Bob

I guess I could have done that, but, LOL, figured a trained investigator would go to TBH and look it up there.....

But, lodging is what you bring. Elect and water at campsite.

Write up is larger over there.....

But do you really think that everyone is on every website that is on the internet? If you want good hunters than you should advertise the lease, not expect everyone to go websurfing. That is the way I would feel about it if I was looking for a lease. Bob

Sorry, but several people on here are on TBH. I know of at least two people, other than me, that posted here are on TBH. Not being tacky, or mean, but at times, well.......I'm a busy person just as other people, and if somebody was interested, they a quick search. But thats okay, I believe I've got it filled at this point.
