Default Venison Broccoli bake

1- pound cubed or ground venison (any game works well too)
1- 14oz box of Stovetop stuffing
1- family size can of Cream of Mushroom
1- cup of milk
1- 12 oz package of cheese
2- cups of Broccoli crowns chopped

Prep time 10 minutes...... Baking time 35 minutes

Directions

In mixing bowl mix soup, milk and dry seasoning from stuffing (save crumbs for later) add 1/2 of the cheese in the package. Preheat oven to 350 deg.
While the mixture is intermersing favors, lets brown the venison in a skillet, (as I said any meat can be used Alpha Female like to use boneless skinless chicken breast)
**Now Stovetop has made their stuffing all in one package, just put the bread crumbs in the colander and over a piece of wax paper stir the bread crumbs to knock as much seasoning off as you can, it'll still mix and taste good**

Spray or butter a 9 X 12 pyrex dish, Now, in the liquid mixing bowl, add the meat and broccoli, fold in, don't stir, last, add the bread crumbs this will dry the mixture out a lot, fold to mix well, spoon into the dish, don't smash the VBB mixture, just smooth ligthly and make the VBB sorta smooth on top.

Into the oven for 30 minutes, at 30 minutes sprinkle the last bit of the cheese over the top and put bake in oven for 5 minutes to melt cheese.

After cooking remove from oven and let set for 10 minutes, VBB will be hot inside, so eat slowly and enjoy.

Might as well wash the dish too, There won't be much broccoli bake left.
