Thumbs up Product review Gamefix

I was seeing this stuff called Gamefix..for a couple of years now and to be honest man I was scared, most times I dont have a problem with gamey flavored meat. The time that I have had this happen I tried some other methods. Well this product works totally awsome..its not a game cover seasoning its a marinade. My test included a boar about 185 pounds I caught in a trap this earlier this week. He was rank and had that smell. I figured this would be the perfect test. I shot him in a excited mood..not in the trap but in my horse trailer. I gutted and cleaned as usual and proceeded to quarter him out.Its really simple and as I folowed the directions which are in the container I didnt realize just how easy it was.I covered the all the meat in the cooler with water and ice and for every gallon I added a scoop of Gamefix. I marinated the meat in my cooler for 72 hours. Started the smoker up Thursday evening and removed the two hams from the cooler and wrapped as usaul..I cooked my usual 18 hours at 225 and HOLY COW!! The meat was better than any store bought meat and it had a flavor that makes me want to eat some more..I also cooked the tenders and backstraps that I had marinating on Thursday night on the grill. There was no taste so smell and just melted in my families mouth. I took the leftovers to work and shared with the guys also..They product works and speaks for itself. I think I need to try it on some ducks next..
This stuff is for all meats from Javelinas to bears..doves squirrels and so on. their website also has some really good recipes on it. Try it and you will not be dissapointed!!
