"Outdoor Fools day at Texas Freshwater Fisheries Center in Athens will be April 7th this year from 9:00 to 4:00. The LSBA will be setting up our youth archery range and volunteers are needed. Please let me know if you can help.

TPWD provides lunch. We get there around 8:00 to set up and they have a nice little area for us that doesn't require a backstop or a lot of setup or tear down time." Contact info below.

Still need volunteers for Outdoor Fools Day in Athens. It's Easter weekend and volunteers are dropping out. I may be there by myself. Let me know if ou can help.

Bob, sorry about the help for your event. Seems like it is harder and harder to get the help we could use to do these events now days. Hope you got some help, and the event turned out great. I am sure there were many kids and parents that appreciated you being there.

We had 123 kids shoot. It was a beautiful day to be outdoors.

It was just Steven Blake and I but we got it done.

The Executive Council is having its meeting this Saturday in College Station where the banquet is going to be held. The big topic for this meeting is the Banquet. So hopefully after this meeting on Saturday, they will have all the final details worked out and be ready to start promoting it.

The meeting will take place in Bryan/College Station at the Brazos County Expo Center this coming Saturday, May 5th at 10:30AM . Everyone is invited to attend the meeting.

It is good to hear that you will be able to attend this years banquet.
