Default Pit blind

I was asked to post pics of how I build my pit blinds and to show pics of it. Here they are.
I made three pit blinds on the same road according to the wind.
First few are pics of the front of the blind.

Then I dug the 2nd pit blind which was very small and was hidden behind a very small clump of brush that was about 2.5 feet tall and about 3 feet wide. I dug a pit that was at least 2 feet deep with a very small window. I was so tired that I forgot to take pics from the front, but here are two from inside, looking out.

The third blind dug was shallow but wide. My dad dug it for a South wind the first few days he was there, however the wind switched to North and he gave it up. My last day the wind switched to ESE and I could hunt this blind. I made a few modifications including adding shoot through windows, and a bunch of brush behind me to put me in the shadows.

Well these are just some of the pics that I have and hopefully you can see how I build these. Hard to get pics of the whole process as my dad and I are going 90 to nothing to get them built and get back for a quick shower and then get in them to hunt. It's at that moment that I remember that I did not take any pictures.
