I just went onto the AA site and emailed customer relations on behalf of LSBA expressing our concerns and asking them to reconsider this policy. I will also place phone calls tomorrow to talk to someone in person. I ask all of our members to go to
www.aa.com and email american airlines and nicely express your displeasure with this policy. The more voices the more likely we will be heard. The sooner we act on this the more likely we can get it changed and prevent other airlines from following suit.
