Hotel Information for the Banquet:

We have blocked rooms at two hotels in Grapevine for the 24th of June.
There are rooms blocked at the Super 8 and at the Hilton Garden Inn.
Prices are as follows:
Super 8 - $89 per night + tax (same rate for single with king bed or double with two queen beds)
Hilton Garden Inn - single is $119 per night + tax
double is $139 per night + tax

The membership meeting will be held In a meeting/conference room at the Super 8 at 9:00am on June 25th, the morning after the banquet. All members are invited to attend.

There are several other hotels/motels in the area if you choose not to stay at either of these.
There is also a Cabin/RV park on Lake Grapevine with RV spaces from $49 - $69 per night and cabins ranging from $93 - $175 per night. See their web site at http://www.vineyardscampground.com/

Well, that didn't work. It shows the same link as before. OK then just google Hilton Garden Inn Grapevine Texas and it will come up.
I did just talk to them to see if they're "pet friendly" and they are NOT, unless it is a certified service dog.

The Super 8 IS pet friendly with a charge of $10 per night per pet.

The grandkids are coming with us this year so my wife decided that the kids and their mother would enjoy Great Wolf Lodge so that's where we will be. Mmmm there goes some of my auction money......
