LSBA Fun Day~BPS, Pearland--02/08/14
 

I am super excited about this event!!!

The LSBA will be working with the National Lacy Dog Association, Texas Bowfishing Association and Traditional Bowhunters of Texas. We will be hosting a Fun Day on February 8, 2014 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Blood Trailing Seminar for Dogs by Courtney Farris and The National Lacy Dog Association

11:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Shed Hunting for Dog by Courtney Farris and The National Lacy Dog Association

12:15 p.m. to 12:30 p.m. Lone Star Bowhunter Association Seminar concerning the state bowhunting organization and our 40 year anniversary

12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Bowhunting and Bowfishing Get Together at the Fish Company Restaurant inside of Bass Pro Shops~Just Food, Fun and Fellowship

2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Archery Clinic in the Archery Range of Bass Pro Shop

3:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Bowfishing Seminar and demo by Tony Reeves of the Texas Bowfishing Association

The Lone Star Bowhunters Association, Traditional Bowhunters of Texas, Texas Bowfishing Association and National Lacy Dog Association will have booths for membership and information set up throughout the day.

The Operation Game Thief trailer and a Texas State Game Warden will be there throughout the day.

There will be wildlife coloring for the kiddos throughout the day, as well as an introduction to archery for the general public.

Come on out and shoot a bow and meet and greet fellow bowhunters and bowfishers!!!

I just received word that Traditional Bowhunters of Texas will be joining us at the event, setting up a booth and helping with the Archery Clinic!!! Thank you, Bryant and Brenda Stein!!

The three State bow-related associations working together at the same event with the National Lacy Dog Association is great stuff!! I am super proud to be part of it!!! I hope we can do more events like this in the future. Join us all for the Get Together from 12:30 to 2:00! Come out and support the groups that support your passions and past times!! ;)b
