As of now, I am off that weekend. I won't know if I have any overtime til I get to work tomorrow. If Im off, Im going! More than likely if I go, I will go friday.

March 10 & 11, 2012 The Lone Star Bowhunters Association is sponsoring the Beauxs & Reds Deux Louisiana bowfishing trip with Scale Damage Bowfishing and lodging at the historic Woodland Plantation, which sits on the mighty Mississippi River near Belle Chasse, Louisiana. Bowfishing space is limited to the first 20 people and is filling up quickly. We will be fishing from airboats in the Louisiana marshes. Available fish includes redfish, black drum, sheepshead, gar, flounder, trout and more. Bowfishing will be out of Port Sulphur, Louisiana on Saturday, March 10, 2012. Lodging will be at the historic Woodland Plantation located on Hwy. 23 near Belle Chasse, Louisiana, on Saturday, February 10th. You can book an extra night by calling the plantation and speaking with Foster. Woodlands Plantation, 21997 Highway 23, West Pointe a la Hache, Louisiana 70083 www.woodlandplantation.com Must be a member of LSBA to attend. $275.00 per person, includes bowfishing trip with equipment, one night lodging with breakfast and a Beauxs & Reds T-shirt. Single room lodging is available for an additional fee. Couples and families are welcome. Arrangements for additional nights can be made directly with Woodland Plantation. We need to know shirt size by February 25, 2012. $110.00 per person for non-fishermen, includes one night lodging with breakfast and a Beauxs & Reds T-shirt. Airboat trip is not included. Extra T-shirts are available for $20.00 plus shipping. Extra T-shirts will not be sent out until after March 16, 2012. Inclusive meal plan for all three meals is available per person for $50.00. I think Im more excited about the hangin out with good folks, eatin some good food and the air boat ride! I know how to eat and hang out, Im a professional at those. Aint never been bowfishin or on an air boat! This is gonna be fun!

I think most of us are leaving on Friday. We are checking out a nearby hotel per our friend who lives in Belle Chase. Would love to get with the group Friday night for some type of activity!

I have a room booked Friday night in the Quarter. Planning on some hurricanes, handgrenades, and hot music on Burbon. Probably head down to Port Sulpher mid day on Saturday. |
I get off work friday morning. Gonna take a nap at the plant. aint gonna drive home from Pasadena to Cy Fair the back track thru baytown. Probably gonna head out around lunch-ish. Already got the crown, amarula and bud lite packed!
