Default Introduction
Hello all..

Thought it appropriate to do a quick intro as a newbie. My name is Jamie and I live in Wichita Falls..Grew up in Childress and just moved back to Tejas from Colorado where I've been the last 6 years. I'm a wildland firefighter but work for WFFD as the emergency manager. Traveled alot on a national fire management team during fire season which has never failed to overlap the opening weeks for hunting just about everywhere!

Bought my first bow 6 months ago, Switchback XT..Hunted with it once on the LBJ Grasslands..No luck..

Got my first big game kill this year- a cow elk on the 3Forks Ranch in N Cololado.

Learned a ton on the TBH forum and sure I will here too..

Nice to meet you all!

Oh, and I love Cuban Cigars!

Did not know about the organization until you posted the free hog hunt on TBH, and of course I joined a few days ago..Looks like a great organization and I am looking forward to the fellowship!

Welcome to the club, Texas, bowhunting, and of course this site.

Post often, put pics in the gallery, write stories for the magazine, come to the hunts and the banquet, and be as involved as you can.

Would love to hear some firefighting stories around a camp sometime.
