Default Cold weather hunting

I am going hunting this weekend and this product has kept me warmer than anything else I have tried!! Stay warm especially the guys on the doe and spike hunt!!

A couple of questions.....is this product bad about shrinking? After reading this from the product description " It is best to wash separately with powdered detergent in cool water and either hung to dry or fluffed in the dryer on the lowest setting for just a few minutes. " I thought they might shrink. That's the problem I've had with my white thermal underwear.....that and the fact I keep expanding.

Also, can you find them in stores or mail order only?
