What is your beef with nuge?, who cares they were dirty stinkin hogs, we would be better off without them they destroy crops, scare off deer, and carry several diseases that can be passed along to livestock. In your case where you shot the wet sow I would have popped all the piglets too. Most hunters is texas see hogs as a nuiscance and would rather they ALL be eradicated.

the main problem with the nuge is his ego/inablity to aknowledge a mistake. not so much the act itself. we all make them, and generally if we find out we were wrong we are ok with it and correct it. not the nuge. and yes hogs are a problem....but they are also a gift. you can hunt year round, they don't taste bad, and there are more then one or two people out supplimenting there income by offering hog hunts.
