Lease trailer for sale cheap

This is a fifth wheel trailer with no title. It is filthy and I'm not sure what if anything in it works. The tires seem decent and it's ready to be towed away. filthy like dirty outside or filthy inside like food boogers and new life form everywhere? where is the trailer? does it leak?

It's filthy inside and out. Critters have been living in there. I don't think it leaks, but wouldn't swear that it doesn't. It's located 6 miles west of Newcastle, TX on the old BAO lease. If I was going to keep it, I'd clean it up and tear everything out of it but the table, shower, and beds and just use it as a bunkhouse.
