Default Lease prices around El Dorado, TX

Anyone have a lease around that area? Got a lead on a small lease, about 420 acs. Just curious what $ per ac they are going for...Seems they are getting on up in price....

traildust, I live over here and all I can say is the prices have no set standard in this area. One place will be just a couple bucks and another will be 15. Just no real standard that I've seen.

traildust, I cannot help you much, but several years ago while lease shopping, the prices were very good still. I would have to think now they are like everywhere else, going sky high. Good luck. Bob

The one I'm looking at is $16 an acre but has exotics and a great camp. I think $10-12 would be more in line with the norm.
