for clarification on an issue that keeps popping up for the state shoot you only have to be a member to win you do not have to be a member to compete and i dropped the requirement that you have to compete in one of the regional shoots we will get to that place but not this year.we are shooting for the buckle's again this year.so good luck and i will see you all there.
