Default Question about qualifying for regional champ.

I have looked at the schedule and all shoots but one are good and makeable for me. The LSBA July 10th shoot falls on the same weekend as the Texas ASA State Shoot in Paris, TX. My question is that the rules state a shooter has to shoot all regional shoots to qualify for regional champ. I would like to try and qualify for it but that one shoot is stopping me from doing so. Is there anyway around this other than not attending the ASA shoot? Or can they drop one low score instead of two? Any info is appreciated..Thanks
