I just read on another site that Texas bowhunting legend, LSBA Hall of Fame member Bill Negley has passed away. That's one of a few old school Texas bowhunters that I would have liked to have met.
Prayers for the family and happy hunting in the sky to Bill.

Sad day indeed. A true Bowhunting Hero throughout the world, not just Texas.

I've read that he's done some crazy stuff in regard to hunting. And I mean that in a good way. Also, he drew and shot a heavy, I think 90+# traditional bow. Could have my facts wrong, but I don't think so.
