Class Date and Location: March 1st and 2nd in Farmersville, TX. Farmersville is a little north of Dallas.

This is the course required by 13 states and 3 Canadian provinces to bowhunt. If you have an out of state trip planned then this is the course needed. If you plan to enter the drawing at Hagerman NWR, This is the course required. After satisfactory completion of the course, Texas Parks and Wildlife Dept. will issue each student a certification card. The card is good for life and is accepted by every state and many foreign countries around the world.

This course is offered by Texas Parks and Wildlife Department through the International Bowhunter Education Program and the National Bowhunter Education Foundation. The course covers conservation, responsibility, preparation, blood trailing, shot placement, treestand safety, archery equipment and much more. It doesn't matter your level of experience, everyone can take something away from this class.
