Default Keeping My Pledge

Well I finished IBEP class #3 for the year and it will be the last one I think. I gave a check for $220 to Dena as my donation back to the LSBA. This was to cover my pledge of $10 per new, current, or renewing LSBA member that attended one of the classes. We signed up several new members and I think we even had a few renewals. Thanks to all of those who attended the classes and I look forward to working with the new instructors. More on that later.

I will not be able to attend the banquet due to a conflict with youth shoot/membership recruiting I'm doing in Colorado County but I did send some money with Dena to enter me into some of the drawings. Sounds like we have some great prizes this year.

Thank you for the donation, Jack! I enjoyed assisting you in class! In the last two classes, we gained 12 new LSBA members. I think that is fantastic!

Jack, a BIG THANKS for all you do to promote bowhunting, IBEP and the LSBA! Good luck at your Colorado County event!! I'll try to spend your money wisely! I just don't understand why I could not talk you into giving me your credit card.

I enjoyed myself in class and I am looking forward to being able to help in the future.

A big thanks to Jack and Dena and Bill for taking the time.

There were some very experienced hunters in the class, I am sorry we didn't have more time for stories. I know there were some good ones.

Kudo's Jack. Sounds like LSBA came out great all the way around on that class. More importantly, that many more bowhunters are now IBEP certified and better equipped to represent the sport in a safe and responsible manner.

Good job Dena as well for your tireless efforts promoting LSBA and IBEP.

Glad you took the class and enjoyed it Mark. Good on ya.

Ok, I've reached my attaboy and niceties quota for the day. Carry on.
