I had the great pleasure to spend the weekend chasing Javelinas in South Texas with my close friend Chunky. I made a video of our sucess

Then another of the day and a half we chased them around before at long last I stunk up the shot. Chunky's simpathy is over whelming

We were hunting at Pedneral down at Laredo. Lots of javies there. I really didn't want to shoot one, but I had so much fun running the camera. I hope I get the chance to do it again, as I learned so much and will do even better next time.

Okay...by my count this is the stuff that got hurt. 1 javelina, chunky (by numerous ticks, fleas, cacti, etc), and Buff's ego. Only the javy will not recover.

Oh, and in case you were wondering....German Kinetics make a big hole in prickly pear, and that's all I'm sayin.

Y'all notice how freaked that javie was when the arrow missed him? It was like, "Buff shot THAT!!??" kinda freaked. Buff don't miss! Wow. Mark musta really had him shook up.
