Any style or color bow may be used. A recurve, compound bow or longbow of any color with or without sights. If a sight is used it must be fixed. Sights that use any lens with or without magnification are not allowed. Any type of release aid, glove, finger tab, or bare fingers may be used. Any arrow/fletch/.screw in field point . Stabilizer must not be more than 15” in length. Vibration dampers are not allowed (STS Damper or similar). Bow speed is limited to 280 f.p.s plus a 3% varience.



Could someone explain why this rule is in place when almost every bow already has some sort of integrated vibration dampners?? Don't understand the issue with this.
