I got my up close glasses at 46.
Noticed that a lot of other things were past prime well before that.
Nothing else works as well as it did when I was 18 or even 30 when I thought that was old. Getting old sucks.
Had a check up at work yesterday.
Diet and exercise starts today.
I passed up free cookies at lunch today. I love cookies.
