In my opinion, I would shoot Muzzy Phantom 220 grains but that's traditional equipment.
For Compound, I would use 125 grain woodsmans if you can find them and keep them sharp.
I shot my recurve last year at a 150 lb pig and blew through him with a 220 grain phantom.
It just depends on what flies the best.
