If I remember correctly, Mark, you're the one that cursed us with that thaing. Shoot, I was down at Freer hunting with Eric Zuniga on the Brush Country bowhunting ranch and didn't see a single one. No hogs, no javelina, just those sorry deer. Had a buck stand around in front of me at 10 steps for about 20 minutes, but no hogs. I think that concrete swine is our undoing.

Well, maybe I can get me a turkey bird in the morning.

Remember, shoot low and tight to the front leg with SHARP cut on contact heads. We had 3 hogs walk while I was down there that were hit just a tad too high or not enough penetration. Don't know if I could've done any better, but I'd at least like to have had the chance. All in all, it was a good hunt; an enjoyable trip. But, I think the cloud of your, Mark, concrete pig is hanging over us. :twisted:
