Chicken fried turkey nuggets is how I fix most of my turkeys. Every now and then I try something different. I have now became a trophy turkey hunter. I don't shoot jakes anymore. The first thing I look for is a beard better than 8 inches, then move on down to the spurs. If it doesn't have the spurs, it doesn't get the arrow anymore. There have been many happy jakes this year that have came by to visit and walked away happy. Bob
