Can we make a proposal that archery stamp money ONLY be used to underwrite archery hunts on public lands and/or archery youth hunts? That would seem to be a higher and better use of the funding.
I've long wondered why there were not more "public drawn archery hunts" in times apporaching the rut and on weekends. If the hunts were "paid for" from our archery stamp money, perhaps there could be more of them.
