It's not a diet, it's a habit change! I can talk for hours on diets. Back in 2005 I weighed 309lbs! Had an incident at the lease and long story short, thought I was gonna lay there and die! I changed my habits. I went from 309 to 219 in 6 months! (back up to 240 now  ) portion control and excerise is the key... and not as much excerise as you may think!  
(I just need to practice what I preach!)
