Default Awesome Experience---THANKS

Payton and I had a great experience! He has enjoyed telling his friends and teachers about his weekend. (Ok, I have too.)

We had many 'Firsts' this weekend. For the first time we saw:
*Elk (on neighbors property). Wow, 6 feet tall and 500-700 pounds; 50 yards away!!!

*Green Jay(s)- a colorful tropical bird from Mexico

*Mexican Eagle(s) aka Crested Caracara

*Hawks actually swooping in to kill a dove(s)

*Wild hogs(and piglets) at the blind (8 yards away). Payton shot at one, but missed. I have it on video....I'll try to post it.

*200 class whitetail bucks( in the breeding pen)

Payton also learned a lot about how the moon phases effect wild animal feeding patterns.

I shot my frist 'RobinHood' (arrow inside another arrow) while practicing out back. I have pics, I'll try to post them too.

**Oh, and it was our frist experience to hear Tomme sing songs. Noithing likle waking up at 6am to Tomme's theatrical voice!!!! What a guy; you gotta love him.

My hat is off to Mr. Grover Able. Thank you sir.
My hat is tipped to Mr. Tomme. Your efforts are appreciated, sir. Thanks.
Last but not least, 'Thank You' LSBA staff.
