No, you are not allowed to shoot them, even if it was duck season. Then you would be hunting duck over bait. I have the same problem. While I was turkey hunting, I had anywhere from 1 to 30 that would land and like you said, they would eat everything before anything else had a chance. I would scare them off while I was there, but they ate good when I was not. Bob
