You have to use a web site like Photobucket and link to them.

Like Roger said, go to photobucket, open a free account and upload the pics you want to post...

Then copy/paste the 'IMG' code to post the image here. Note - IMG code is the bottom code string on photobucket and will look like this but with [] in the place of ()...
