Regional Shoots Registration

Who is in charge of registrations at the regionals? Or, who is in charge of memberships?

Would either one of these fine folks email me? We have a problem with something that happened at Bryan.

BCAC handled the registrations at the shoot. I handle all of the memberships, so I should be able to help.
