2011-2012 deer lease
 

Does anyone know a land owner who is looking for a group of hunters. I want to get off the lease I am on and start my own. I am tired of dealing with slobs who leave trash everywhere, drink all night and while hunting. I would like to get about 500-1000 acres for me and my boys to hunt on somewhere in Texas. Preferably East Texas but not strictly necessay. I am a landowner so I know how to treat someone elses property and I was raised on a ranch so I would be willing to help the landowner out if he needed it. I have been hunting for for 47 years and have passed it on to my kids but we need a place to hunt. The youngest one is 23 and there would be 5-6 of us total. I am not looking for something cheap with no animals and I do know how to manage for trophy deer. My place just isn't big enough for all of us. I would also be interested in buying a place if one is available.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
