TTHA Extravaganza in Ft. Worth
 

The LSBA will be hosting a youth archery range at the TTHA show in Ft. Worth again this year. Volunteers are needed to help kids safely fling a few arrows at 3D targets and baloons. Here's some information on the show and the times we'll need volunteers.

August 20-22, 2010

TTHA's Hunters Extravaganza

Hours:
Friday Aug 20 - 3:00pm –9:00pm
Saturday Aug 21 - 9:00am –7:00pm
Sunday Aug 22 - 10:00am –5:00pm

We try the schedule enough volunteers so you can help for a few hours and then go see the show. Post here or call me at 972-259-0263 to volunteer.

I have a EC meeting one of those days.

The EC meeting is on the 21 in San Marcos, so looks like you will be working on Friday and Sunday at the TTHA, that is if you have recoverd from your counter top spill.:p Bob

Volunteers still needed. We are not getting a very good response from volunteers. Please post here if you can help out. The Ft. Worth show starts on August 20th and we'll be there all three days!

I can be there again this year Bob. I'm good for all of Friday, if it is availble. But I'm not sure of Saturday or Sunday yet. Just have someone send me an e-mail for confermation.

think it starts at 3, depending on when bob sets up he probably won't need help until 3 on friday!

Sorry for not getting back sooner. David Lassetter and I are going to get there around 10:00 am to unload and setup. Could use your help then if you can make it.

Here are some pics from the Ft. Worth Extravaganza. It was close quarters but everything went off without a hitch. We were very buzy all three days and went through a case of ballons and a roll of LSBA youth archery stickers.

Oh, forgot to mention....Thank You to all the volunteers.
