Do It Yourself Feather Splicing
 

Here is a video I did to show how to do feather splices without having to have a lot of tools or equipment. Hope it helps anyone that would like to give splicing a try.

Very good, Derek! I was wondering how you did that splicing. (If that were me, I'd have had a bloody mess, Band-Aids all over my fingers. )

Ray that's why I waited this long to do the video. I had to finish building my new work bench because the old one had too much blood on it and I needed time for all the cuts to heal so I could take the band-aids off..........;) Really, I do have a couple nicks from doing the splicing. Working that close to a knife that sharp, some blood must be donated.......
