How many spots open on this trip.

Tomme 01-07-2009 11:44 PM

We started with 45. Currently there are about 30 left with something like 10 people saying they are going. I don't count anyone as a hunter until we've received the non-refundable deposit.

Some years we have more people wanting to go then we had spots. Other years we may only have 30-40. This year, with this economy I don't know if we will fill up, but it could happen and certainly has in the past.

Well, I'm shooting for 3 spots.

...if I can get my deposit to Dena on time. :grandpa:

If I have an under 16 hunter going, do I need to send the extra $25 with my deposit? I assume the rest is due upon arrival at the ranch?

Tomme 01-08-2009 08:12 PM

On the kids you can do it either way. If for some reason the youth hunter can't come, I would appreciate knowing as early as possible. Also yes you are right about the other half being due at the ranch.

I still regret Ronny couldn't make the ballon shoot due to the dodge not being able to cross a little creek!!

:DYou boys are funny.:D Looks I might have 5 new members coming this year.:)

biggen 01-15-2009 08:38 PM

LostHawg 01-16-2009 07:25 AM

Maybe we could take up a collection and buy Ronny one of those Zebco rod~n~reels. Give him something to do while he's waiting on the flood to subside... :D

Oh, hey Ronny. Good job on the 5 newbs....

Tomme 01-20-2009 09:05 PM

Doyle I have you down on the list for a $75 deposit and with no T shirt.

The cost to try for the concrete pig is $5 and you can sign up at the hunt.

We are up to 22 paid on the hunt.

biggen 01-21-2009 09:10 AM

The concrete pig contest is to see who can take a hog with traditonal equipment.
