Hunting Buddies?????

Well I just heard from Biggen that a couple of my so called hunting buddies are down at First Point. Hmph! First I've heard of it. It's not like they don't know my number and couldn't have invited Biggen and I to go along!

We see how it is. You'd think that they'd want the members of "Team Nebraska" that have been able to score to come along and give them some pointers, but Noooooooooo, not a word. How do you like that Brad.

I won't reveal their identity, but I will say that they are brothers from Cumby, TX and it's well known that the last name of everyone in Cumby is Strickland.

Oh well, good luck to them anyway and without us there, I'm sure they will need it.

Hope Ronny gets something because I know Barry can't stay quiet enough to shoot anything!! :)

So how'd it go Ronny?

Ronny 01-05-2009 09:30 AM

Tomme you were talked about some on this hunt. Seems lots of folks know you.;)
As for the hunt we had a good time and saw some shooters but no shots. All in all a good hunt. There was a 147'' 11pt killed.:)

Did you see any javelinas?

Ronny 01-05-2009 10:38 AM

I think just about everyone seen some, and some hogs too

Saw lots of javelinas and hogs. Cool this bods well for the LSBA javelina hunt.

Lots of people know me hey? I'm sure all of the comments were positive, maybe even superlative.

Sounds like you had a good hunt.

Tomme our paths crossed a couple times out at Rancho Creek. Did anyone do anything with that ranch as for as opening it back up for hunts?
