Deer Camp Blowed Away
 

Land lord called, 2 of our travel trailers blowed away last night.:( Mine was not hurt. Kind of crazy they were all sitting in the some place. This is in Brady.

Yes, it did get pretty nasty looking over there. They had a tornado warning. If you need help with clean up, call me. I might be able to help. Not this weekend though, I'm headed to Freer for some hog hunting. ;)

Sorry to hear that, Ronny! Mother Nature can do some pretty tricky things when she sets her mind to it!! Glad no one was hurt!!

Man that suxs!! Let me know if you need help also! Brady ain't but a couple of hours!!

Talked to my land lord again. Michaels trailer is totaled, Jeffs trailer is on its side, might be able to salvage it if we can get her back up. Mine is not hurt.
He said lots of trees down also and he lost a barn.

Ronny, they just said that NWS is investigating, but they think it was just straight line winds. Either one can be devastating.

They said the winds got up to about 80 MPH.

Sorry to hear the news. Got the same type message from our landlord in Eden. Baseball size hail and winds broke all of the windows out of his hous and the barn we use as our camphouse. Tore the roof off of two out buildings and damaged the roof on the barn and his house. I was just up there the end of April and got my truck damaged with golf ball size hail. Been a tough spring at the deer lease. Now I've got to go back and assess damage to the barn, feeders, etc.

That's tough. Tell Michael I'm sorry to hear about his trailer. When are you going to try to get Jeff's trailer back up?

I'm going this coming weekend and see what we can do with it. I'm sure we have a heck of a mess to clean up.
